Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, efficient support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer inquiries on first contact with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM while maintaining data hygiene
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet/exceed KPIs including AHT, CSAT, and quality assurance scores
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site events)
