Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools while maintaining 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk systems
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handle time and first-call resolution
- Participate in weekly training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Identify process improvement opportunities through customer feedback analysis
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- High school diploma; associate's degree in communications preferred
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings/weekends
