Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk
- Meet/exceed quality metrics for call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and typing 40+ WPM
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude under pressure and resilience
