Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Document interactions in compliance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Meet/exceed monthly quality and productivity metrics
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Clear verbal/written communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution experience
- Must pass background check and drug screening
