Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues using Salesforce and proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in CRM while maintaining quality assurance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and process improvements
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through active listening and solution-focused communication
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
