Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer concerns using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Document interactions accurately while maintaining data integrity in customer databases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer journey
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and CRM software (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
