Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (call handling time, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer retention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital environment
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
- Reliable internet connection for remote work flexibility (2 days/week)
