Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics (30+ calls/day, 15+ case resolution rate)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Type 45+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
