Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics for call quality and resolution time
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain positive customer relationships through active listening
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No experience required – we train everyone!
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency and typing ability
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Residency in Oklahoma City metro area preferred
