Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while adhering to company guidelines.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to attend the on-site hiring event in Las Vegas.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
