- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system

- Contribute ideas to improve customer experiences
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, browsers, MS Office)
- Ability to work 15-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
