Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by listening to their needs and offering effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure consistent service quality.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support teams.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even during difficult conversations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in high school (or a recent graduate).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if hybrid/remote).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to help others.
- Must be available for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
