Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by utilizing CRM systems and escalating complex cases appropriately
- Process transactions, orders, and account modifications while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Document all interactions in our customer database and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, articulate phone presence
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
