Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat for Fortune 500 clients
- Resolve complex inquiries using CRM systems and multi-channel communication tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining compliance standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues efficiently
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience required)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to type 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Virginia residency required for in-office position
