Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handle time and customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes in company databases
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to resolve complex customer concerns
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Uphold company policies and compliance standards during all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic computer applications
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous remote work experience a plus
