Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries across multiple platforms
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Adhere to SLA targets with average response time under 90 seconds
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and training materials
- Monitor chat queues during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM)
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support with chat channel expertise
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM tools
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Ability to multitask in high-volume chat environments
- Strong problem-solving with de-escalation techniques
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Sat/Sun shifts)
