Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency via multiple channels
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including CSAT and response times
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
