Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction metrics
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer retention
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening abilities
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to de-escalate tense situations and maintain composure under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
