Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately update customer records and case notes in our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and service processes.
- Proactively suggest upsell opportunities or product upgrades to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or customer service certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
