- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate trends or concerns to the management team to help improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to resolution.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk), and Microsoft Office Suite.
