Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle times
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with strong active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Milwaukee County residency required for local tax incentives
