- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and improve service protocols.
- Provide product training and guidance to new customers.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly preferred for this location.
