Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues within SLA targets
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms a plus
