Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while meeting SLA targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training sessions to update product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital/phone settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work rotating weekends/holidays
