Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain client records
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex problems
- Meet/exceed KPIs for first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Spanish bilingual proficiency highly preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
