Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve billing, product, and technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including average handling time and first-contact resolution
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience highly valued)
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays as needed
