- Resolve complex customer issues, complaints, and account questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve product or service issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and contribute to a better customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
