Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response time and resolution rate
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer support or tech industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Available to work rotating weekends (1-2/month)
- Spanish fluency a plus
