Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with accuracy and speed.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions within our CRM database.
- Provide product information and technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Stay updated on product features, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
