Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM system and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (handle time, first contact resolution)
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and training materials
- Participate in quarterly customer feedback analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
