Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and issues by investigating root causes and recommending effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement within the support department.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide product training and guidance to new and existing customers as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
