Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications across multiple channels
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for CSAT and resolution rates
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Availability for rotating shifts including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
