- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries on first contact
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to downtown Louisville office
