Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries and technical issues using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Document all interactions in compliance with company policies
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer engagements
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to refine skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience required)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
