Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to diagnose problems and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide accurate, consistent information.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is a plus (for occasional team building activities).
