Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing a positive, professional experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
