- Resolve technical inquiries and billing discrepancies with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference client needs
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score metrics
- Participate in weekly training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Associate degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Spanish bilingualism a significant advantage
