Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Efficiently answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM database.
- Process Orders: Process returns, exchanges, and new orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and services to provide informed assistance.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to management to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and navigating web browsers.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
