Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service inquiries, billing concerns, and technical issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call resolution time and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
