Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and revenue
- Adhere to SLA targets while maintaining quality standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital channels
- Strong problem-solving with analytical mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Available for rotating weekends/holidays
