Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex cases
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve service disruptions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
