Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using CRM software
- Collaborate with technical team to troubleshoot complex issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response time and resolution
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during escalations
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
