Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and patience
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining data quality
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback and suggestions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train our team members from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer applications and typing (30+ WPM)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
