Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service or support experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
