Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and process orders efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Empathy and problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Spanish bilingualism a plus (not required)
