- Maintain a 95% customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Document all interactions following compliance standards
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work 15-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
