Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish bilingualism highly valued
