Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions in CRM system with accuracy
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (quality/speed)
- Collaborate with team to improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM)
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings)
