Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for quality and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts as needed
