Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, products, and services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Spanish
- Strong typing speed (30+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Resilience under pressure and problem-solving mindset
- Pass background check and drug screening
